FAQs

What is a fractional office?

A fractional office provides the benefit of a private office when you need it without having to pay for it full-time. You may only need an office 1, 2, or 3 days a week. This is a good alternative to having a full-time office. You get a certain quantity of 4-hour blocks to use either in the morning, the afternoon, or both for a full day. It is scheduled on our online calendar.

Can I rent an office by the hour or day?

Yes! Our Day Office you can schedule 24/7. It is great space for getting work done, meeting with 1-2 people (privacy blinds), or having a video conference. You can schedule on our online calendar in 15 minute increments, and we also have discounts for half-days and full-days.

How does office membership work?

Private office memberships provide you full-time, 24/7 access to your office, the coworking “hot desk” area, shared kitchens, and all other common spaces. Membership bills monthly and can be month-to-month, six month, or twelve month terms.

What's included with my membership?

Here is what's included with every full-time office membership: a ready-to-use furnished office (including desk, chair, and cabinet), M-F staffed receptionist, 24/7 access, fast & secure internet through WiFi or wired Ethernet, desk phone with dedicated local Denver number, voicemail, voicemail-to-email, 8 hours a month use of our meeting rooms, complimentary coffee, building lobby signage, use of document shredding bin, free notary or witnessing services, abundant free parking, and use of shared kitchens/common spaces.

How does an office membership differ from a coworking membership?

Private office memberships are similar to our coworking memberships in a number of ways, and include many of the same great benefits, but in a dedicated, secure office all your own.

Can I bring my own furniture and/or decor?

You are welcome to make your private office your own with furniture and appropriate decor for a business environment. Repair fees may apply, where required, if there is significant damage to the space upon the end of your agreement.

Can I access the space outside of regular business hours?

Yes. Private office members enjoy 24/7 access.

Can I use your address as my work or business address?

Yes. As a private office member, use of our mailing address is included.

Are there any long-term commitments?

Flexibility is important, so private office members can choose between month-to-month, six month, or twelve month agreements.

Do my guests also require a membership?

You can bring a guest with you at no cost.

Can I have additional office occupants?

The offices will have different occupancy based on size. There are single person offices up to five person team offices. Each additional occupant above the office occupancy will be $50 per month. If you don't need an office full-time, then our fractional offices may be a good fit.

What will I be charged at sign-up?

When you sign up, we will collect your first month’s membership fee, a security deposit (equal to one month’s membership fee), and a $150 one-time installation and setup fee.

Subsequent monthly invoices will include your membership amount, plus any additional costs incurred in the previous period (i.e. for meeting room bookings, printing, etc.).

What is the security deposit for?

The security deposit is held on your account to cover any repairs at the end of your membership. Provided your office is in good condition at the time of your agreement, the security deposit will be returned to you within 30 days of your end date.

Can I leave my things in my private office?

Absolutely. Private offices are secure and lockable for safe storage of your belongings.

We do recommend all members carry their own insurance coverage in case of any unforeseen damage or loss.

Can I bring my pet with me?

As much as we love animals, we are a pet-free environment.
